Abstract

owe (al-qardl) is one of the transactions that is allowable in Islam. To lend, from the perspective of fiqh muamalah it is known as al-Qardl, is the process of hand over of wealth or al-mitsliyat to other people that the payment must be collected. In other word, it is a transaction that aimed to give al-mitsliyat over other people to be recollected with the similar al-mitsliyat. This kind of transection had been done in the era of prophet. As it becomes a phenomenon at Grugek, one of the sub-villages of Sejati village, Camplong district in Sampang regency. In Grugek, people owe money from a mobile-bank mostly for a consumptive objective and only a few of them use the money for something productive. Based on this phenomenon, the research is focused on the following problems: (a) how is the implementation of al-qardl transection promoted by mobile bank in Grugek sub-village, Sejati Village, Camplong district, Sampang Regency? (b) Why do people of Grugek sub-village, Sejati Village, Camplong district, Sampang regency tends to owe money from the mobile-bank than from official bank? This is a qualitative field research in form of case study that employs the result of interview and observation as primary data. The instruments that have been used to collect and check the data validity are intent observation, description, triangulation, and case analysis.  The research result designates that: (1) the implementation of al-qardl is completed in easy ways; showing ID, no prerequisite and regulation as must be fulfilled in fiqh muamalah about the execution of interest in its implementation; (2) the people of Grugek owe money from mobile bank with several reasons: firstly, the process of credit is simpler than official bank does, easiness, no survey, only ID identification, people are allow to owe many times; secondly,  people still do not know syariah finance institution that offers the product of al-qardl al-hasan.

Abstract

This research has four research focuses, they are: how is the design of grammar instruction website based at the English teaching learning programme; how does the stage of grammar instruction website based at the English teaching learning programme; what are the obstacles of grammar instruction website based at the English teaching learning programme; and what are the advantages of grammar instruction website based at the English teaching learning programme.The result showed that grammar design of website based has good enough result, but in the stage of arranging learning material, the design of website and evaluating the students’ result still difficult especially to control the instruction which is done by the students.Some of learning obstacles are money, the availability of hard and soft ware computer, the limitness of technical and theory knowledge and acceptance of technology.Good preparation and planning can solve the obstacles, that is the significance of grammar instruction website based, they are easy lecturers’ assignment in their learning activities, make the students regularly use the internet as instruction media, students’ absence or can’t follow the instruction can open the situs of grammar instruction and stay it at home, and the students can study without limited the place and time.

Abstract

The research focuses that will be discussed are the description of learning model, students responses, and factors influencing the development of qawaid sharraf learning model by using  qiyasiyah approach. Based on the research result, it has been identified that there are four type of learning model that have been intensively and effectively applied to achieve better qualified learning. They are: firstly, basic competence and learning indicator based learning model; secondly, wazan memorizing by providing example of wazan fi’il madhi on the basis of thariqah tashrif bina’ shahih; thirdly, applying tashrif models on the al-Qur’an pronunciation. There are optimal and positive responses of students toward the development of qawaid sharraf learning model by using qiyasiyah approach, it is supported by the following indicators: (1) motivation emergence, (2) students learning interest increase, (3) students learning competence development, (4) the starting point of Arabic language improvement. In general, the main factor influencing the development of qawaid sharraf learning model by using qiyasiyah approach is the professional planning and process. However, there are several components that are able to endorse the efforts: (1) qualified schools management, (2) students recruitment, (3) teachers competence.

remains necessary to guide to think and to have valid conclusion in daily life. Good and wise deed could be created from a process of thinking and concluding that are simply right and true. To comprehend Logic as a science from the perspective of substantial metaphysics, it is essential to recognize the focus of the problems as framework. The focus of the problems are 1) is Logic a substance? 2) Which one is the aspect of relation-autonomy in Logic? 3)  Which one is the aspect of renewable-permanence in Logic? 4) Which one is the aspect of transedence-imanence in Logic? 5) What is the essence of Logic in term of normative-ontological-transcendent? This is a library research that collected the whole data from library data. The researcher, as the main instrument, highly determines the data that must be firstly gathered. The early data give direction about aspects that must be studied from the library resources hence it is able to clarify the research map in accordance with formal object and research materials. The result indicates that firstly, Logic that is on the basis of metaphysic-substance perspective is a substance containing the aspects of autonomy relation, permanence-renewable, and immanence-transcendence. Secondly, the aspect of logic autonomy, it is a direct and indirect conclusion drawing as truth form. The relation aspect of logic is the epistemology as material truth. Thirdly, the aspect of permanence of logic, it is the basic principles of thought that are divided into four fundamental principles. The renewable aspect of logic has been the history of logic development. Fourthly, the immanence aspect of logic is proposition. The transience aspect of logic is term of comprehension and existence. Fifthly, the development of logic that relies on the analysis of logic essence on the way of normative-ontology-transcendental must produce a syllabus of Logic that focus on containing the aspects of autonomy relation, permanence-renewable, and immanence-transcendence. Those aspects are the consequences of Logic from the perspective of substance metaphysics.

Abstract

The purpose of this reasearch is to describe steps in the implementing of ALM in learning Speaking English, to know parts of Speaking English activities that can make the students more interest and active in their learning, the teacher’s obstacles in teaching Speaking English, and the teacher’s ways to solve the problems  by using ALM. It is a qualitative descriptive research. While the techniques of collecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. The reaseach result is concluded that there are three steps in teaching and learning Speaking English. They are (pre-teaching), (whilst-teaching), and (post-teaching).  The teacher used six techniques of ALM in teaching Speaking English namely dialog memorization, backward build up (expansion) drill, and repetition drill  at the first observation. For second observation, teacher used the technique of chain drill, question and answer drill, dan complete the dialog. Besides, teacher’s obstacles in teaching Speaking English are time allotment, teacher’s feeling (boring and tiring), and teaching media minimally. But, the teacher could solve the problems by giving homework somtimes, having enjoy in present the material, and collaborating the instructional material with simple media at the school.

Abstract

This article is derived from 2 (two) research focuses, they are: firstly, how is the system of syariah pawning/security of productive land at Prancak village, Pasongsongan district, Sumenep regency? Secondly, how is the legal status of syariah pawning of productive land at Prancak village, Pasongsongan district, Sumenep regency from the perspective of syariah economy? The research result shows that (1) the pawning practice, done in at Prancak village, Pasongsongan district, Sumenep regency, has been completed from person to person (personal relationship) to help each other. The form of credit has been converted into value of things (gold and fertilizer) to protect and anticipate the value of credits form inflation since there is no time limitation during the transaction. This is considered as legal practice as far as it is not aimed at taking any advantages from murtahin side against the rahin side.  (2) The legal status of syariah pawning of productive land at Prancak village, Pasongsongan district, Sumenep regency from the perspective of syariah economy has fulfilled the Islamic law. However, there remains imperfectness in the process of transaction because rahin does not provide the land certificate as the legal document toward the murtahin. From the view point of the use of syariah pawning of productive land at Prancak village, Pasongsongan district, Sumenep regency, it is cultivated by the rahin but it is collectively managed by both rahin and murtahin. The former is responsible for the cultivation and the latter is responsible for the operating cost, and there has been a profit sharing of the harvest. This practice is legal from the perspective of Islamic law since both sides are in mutual profit sharing and rahin is still able to function the pawning.

Abstract

Merging two Methods between lecturing and Group Investigation are expected not only to develop active participation of students in the lecturing process but also to develop the ability of creative thinking, collaboration and presenting themselves in public, but the writer keep maintaining the use of lecturing methods to give control to the  delivery of the key points of the materials. The research was conducted on students of D class of the 4th semester, TBI Programs of STAIN Pamekasan at 2013/2014 year, totaling 34 students. The method used was classroom action research by using two cycles, in each cycle consists of Planning, Implementation, and the reflection. The results of this study indicate that, the ability of students understanding of the course material ELT tends to increase in each cycle, with the average value of pre-cycle test was 45.29, and in the first cycle was 73.09, while in the second cycle was 79.00. with the percentage of completeness in cycle 1 was 85.29% while in the second cycle was 88.23%. Besides, the collaboration of this two models were also able to improve students analytical skills, the ability to express ideas and opinions in English, and also the ability to work together and present themselves in public. Based on the results of the study finally concluded, successful mechanism developed in this study consists of eleven stages, namely 1) the preparation phase, 2) the learning objective delivery, 3) aperseption delivery, 4) the new material delivery, 5) brain storming, 6) topics identification and grouping, 7) distribution of job decriptions, 8) conducting the investigation, 9) preparation of the final report, 10) Present the final report, 11) Evaluation of the achievement

Abstract

The objective of the research is about to identify the suitability between the entrepreneurship spirit concept of Ciputra and entrepreneurship spirit concept of Islamic economy. This is a library research that is directed to trace available literatures from any conventional and online libraries. The result of the research suggests that there is suitability between the entrepreneurship spirit concept of Ciputra and entrepreneurship spirit concept of Islamic economy. Mr. Ciputra is an entrepreneur. He is dare to take take any risks, able to survive in uncertainties, creative in managing ideas, has tough ambitions to record his achievements in the fields of business, art, and education. Instead, Mr. Ci has known as a person who never stops from working and learning to create valuable things. He does not feel shy to learn from someone else and be thankful for that. He believes in the hand of God to rum his business. Moreover, in the perspective of Islamic economy every legal effort of business must be relied on the blessing of Allah Ta’ala. That must be the philosophy of life of most Muslims to do business, to negotiate, and to transact, their heart must be engaged to the noble philosophy. Besides, attitude and behavior must be placed in the highest level in structure of Islamic economy design. It refers to honesty, trust, tolerant, promise keeping, faith in fate, bless of Allah, thankful, dedication, and syariah holder.

Abstract

This article is about to describe Tembhang Macapat in the tradition of Madurese people, particularly in the village of Larangan Luar that is located in Larangan district of Pamekasan regency. It has been stated that Tembhang Macapat appears as cultural treasure that its existence needs to conserve. However it is as well claimed as out of dated culture since its noble and gallant values have been decreased. Hence structured and thoughtful attempts must be designed to promote Tembhang Macapat and the other traditional treasures in form of local content curriculum. Furthermore the department in charge, The Youth, Sport, and Cultural Affairs (Disporabud), must get optimally involved to look after and develop the local tradition by supporting any events of tradition development. As a result it could raise and fertilize the local tradition everlastingly or at least it is able to survive in the future time.
